ACDI is a duly registered cooperative in accordance with RA 9520. Its members are active PAF, PN, PM military, civilian personnel, all AFP pensioners and dependents of ACDI members. These people have voluntarily joined together, with common bond of interest, to achieve a lawful social economic end, making equitable contributions to the capital required and accepting a fair share of the risks and benefits of the undertaking in accordance with the universally accepted cooperative principles.
