Management Development Program Opens New Opportunities for ACDI MPC Leaders

In order to develop high performance leadership, 24 aspirants from different field of operations and expertise fastened in the Management Development Program which started last 15 July 2014. And after of almost four months of series of different trainings and discussions, it was finally put to end last 24 October 2014 at ACDI MPC Head Office Multipurpose Hall.

Management Development Program (MDP) this year is the first development program for managerial positions of different fields at ACDI MPC. This was organized by the Training Division (TD) headed by then TD Head Ms Francine Luanne Collantes. The program this year has four areas of discipline which are the Management and Human Behavior in Organization, Developing Enterprise Thinking, Critical Thinking, Strategy and Planning, and Leadership and Organizational Development. The MDP Batch 1 was tagged as Batch Rammasun which is the International name of Typhoon Glenda, the typhoon which hit the Philippines during the start of the boot program.

Mr Armando Blanco from the division of business development topped this year’s class. He shared his recognition with his batch mates and said that the acclaim he received is not just for him but for also them who finished the program high headed, with the aim in their pockets to develop ACDI MPC leadership and management. He also encourage the audience to pursue opportunities for learning by quoting a line from Henry Ford- “Anyone who stops learning is old…and anyone who keeps learning stays young.”

The end of MDP this year symbolizes the commencement of new opportunities for our 24 ACDI MPC brilliant leaders to take their platform and express remarkable erudition in their own fields.
