ACDI MPC PES Batch 2 Seminar at Cebu
One of the remarkable lessons that the participants of the second batch of Production through Effective Supervision Seminar (PES) would surely remember, is TO BE PROACTIVE!
Last June 16-17, 2012, ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative’s Training Center in partnership with University of the Philippines Institute of Small-Scale Industries (UP-ISSI), conducted its 2nd supervisory seminar at Maximo Patalinhug Jr. Ave., Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
Like the 1st seminar last May 2012, Ms. Concepcion Labitan, the training consultant of UP-ISSI, was the invited resource speaker and once again made the two-day seminar filled with rewarding wisdom to the participants.
With a total of thirty two (32) attendees from the Visayas (14), Central Mindanao (11) and Western Mindanao Area Operations (3), also in Head Office (4), the conducted seminar was a huge success. PES Seminar aims to discover and develop potential supervisors, and with that goal, ACDI MPC now has more empowered and self-confident future frontline leaders.
At the end of the seminar, the attendees received a certificate of participation issued by the UP-ISSI represented by the Chair of the Training and Continuing Entrepreneurship Education Development Department (TCEED), Mr. Leoncio T. Cubillas, Jr. ACDI MPC President MGen Gilbert S Llanto (Ret) closed the program with a momentous speech.
Expect more learning and professional development, as the Training Center, ACDI MPC’s Key towards Excellence, is at its best into continuously developing the ACDI MPC workforce.
