ACDI-EAAB AND CALARIAN BRANCH CONDUCTS NEGOSYO FORUM
ACDI continues its commitment in improving the lives of its members by providing services that cater to their needs. This year, in celebration of ACDI’s 37th Founding Anniversary, ACDI-EAAB and ACDI-Calarian Branches held its joint Negosyo Forum on April 27, 2019 at Infinite Training Center, Inc., Zamboanga City.
A total of twenty-five (25) members and dependents were able to participate during this three part-forum which included the Financial Literacy, Livelihood Training, and Complementary Business Line Presentation.
During the Financial Literacy, Ms Lelyn Villapando, Collection Staff and concurrent Marketing Staff, talked about the Saving and Spending Habits of Filipinos. Members were also taught how to properly manage their debts.
The second part of the forum is the Livelihood Training. Members had the opportunity to be trained by Chef Jay-R Antiojo of Inifinte Training Center, Inc. They were taught how to bake Chiffon Cake, Banana Cake, and Egg Pie following the Bread and Pastry Production Course. The participants enjoyed their experience to be pastry chefs for one day and were very satisfied with their finished products which they brought home.
The last part of the forum was the CBL Presentation. An AVP from RAMCEL was played were Mr Arvin Aguila, Vice President of RAMCEL, explained to members what RAMCEL is and what they can offer to the members who wish to be partners with RAMCEL in their business endeavour.
ACDI aims to teach the members how to properly manage their finances and to offer them an opportunity to have their own business. Following this year’s anniversary theme, “We’re Better Together”, ACDI hopes to create the path towards the success of its members.
