“Filipino Investors Society Producer Cooperative” UPS Cooperativism Through ACDI MPC
The Filipino Investors Society Producer Cooperative radio program “Kita mo Na? Galing ng Pinoy!” in their segment “Ugnayang Kooperatiba para sa Bayan Dito sa Radyo ng Bayan“ ups Cooperativism with ACDI MPC as their guest and was aired live over the Philippines at DZRB 738khz AM last 26 October 2014.
Mr Andy Reyes, the General Manager and Program Host of Filipino Investors Society Producer Cooperative said that this interview is in line of celebration of the National Cooperative Month this October with this year’s theme “Kooperatiba: Maaasahan sa Pagsulong ng Kabuhayan at Kapayapaan ng Bayan”.
Representatives from the Cooperative in the radio guesting include ACDI MPC Vice-Chairperson Rolando Capacia, Director Teodoro Evangelista, President Jovito Gammad, Collection Head Ms Emily Mondero and Marketing Head Ms Michelle Suganob.
Vice Chairperson Capacia gave a rundown of the various activities of ACDI MPC as it promotes Cooperativism. He also gave a brief history how the Cooperative started and how it endeavors to provide incomparable services to all its members. He added further that the Cooperative’s activities are designed to support the advocacy of Cooperativism across a socio-economic country that enables communities and groups to share in achieving their common well-being.
Director Teodoro Evangelista espoused the social development projects of ACDI MPC which is according to him- the Cooperative’s obligations to it members. He also explicate how the Cooperative works for the sustainable development of the communities where ACDI MPC operates. President Jovito Gammad, on the other hand, enumerated the different awards the Cooperative received.
ACDI MPC, as it promotes Cooperativism, works together with its members in order to realize that by cooperation, confidence and solidarity, people can make significant contributions to the national development.
