ACDI-Pagadian and ACDI-GHQ Support and Participation to CSR Activities
In line with our goal to continuously promote good relationship within our community and preserve the beauty of our environment, ACDI-Pagadian together with the Tactical Operations Group 9 of the Philippine Air Force, stationed at Kuta Major Cesar L. Sang-an Camp, conducted outreach activities such as the Feeding Program last 11 June at Bokong Elementary School and Lantian Elementary School which benefited over 1000 students. The two mentioned schools are part of the unit’s Adopt-a-Barangay project which aims to develop and foster good relationship with the said community. Furthermore, they also supported the Tree Planting Activity at the same barangay in Zamboanga del Sur on June 15 with the objective of planting a total of 300 seedlings. As an advocate of environmental preservation, this activity not only helped the community residing in that area but also served as an aid to improve the environment’s capability to sustain life.
Similarly, ACDI-GHQ also participated in the Tree Planting Activity of the 2nd Infantry Division of the Philippine Army at Sitio Banlic, Sampaloc Tanay, Rizal last 12 June in commemoration of Independence Day. A total of 11 branch personnel joined the said activity together with the officers and men of the said division.
All these CSR activities are part of ACDI’s way of giving back to what the community and the stakeholders have helped us with. They have always been part of ACDI’s priorities in continuously developing and promoting good relationship with our surrounding communities.
