ACDI MPC Holds Strategic Planning Workshop
A two-day in-house workshop was held last 22 to 23 August 2013 at ACDI Head Office Multipurpose Hall in preparation for ACDI MPC’s Strategic Planning.
The workshop was delivered and moderated by Ms. Daisybelle M. Cabal, an accredited trainer from the National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO). The lecture basically revolved around the importance of recognizing ACDI MPC’s current position in the industry in order to identify and determine the possible paths it may take to achieve the objectives of the Cooperative over the next few years. The speaker also emphasized the significance of knowing the proper tools and approaches that are necessary in realizing and accomplishing the Cooperative’s goals.
This was attended by the primary officers of the Cooperative coming from the ACDI Board of Directors, Top Management, Committee Members, Support Group and a few guests from its other business divisions.
