ACDI MPC’s Strategic Planning Conference in Tagaytay City
In line with ACDI MPC’s thrust to assess and adjust the Cooperative’s strategies and direction for the next five years, and as well as to align its operations with the our Cooperative Mission, Vision and Goals, a Strategic Planning Conference was conducted last 07 to 09 November 2013 at Hotel Kimberly in Tagaytay City.
The main purpose of the 3-day seminar was to revisit the 5-year Road Map of the Cooperative crafted in C.Y. 2009. The current standing of the Cooperative in the industry shows how successful we are in accomplishing all of the goals laid down during the previous Strategic Planning Conference of ACDI. Furthermore, the Board of Directors, Top Management and other officers of the Cooperative who were in the conference also crafted new strategies in order to further intensify the Cooperative’s operations that will eventually lead to the realization and accomplishment of these goals for the next five years.
This was attended by the primary officers of the Cooperative coming from the ACDI Board of Directors, Top Management, selected officers, and support group from the Head Office.
