ACDI MPC Holds Simultaneous SAGA & E at General Santos & ABAB
Part of the stretch of its Sequential Annual General Assembly and Elections (SAGA&E), ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative simultaneously conducted two events on General Santos City and Antonio Bautista Air Base (ABAB), Puerto Princesa City, Palawan on February 23, 2012.
Earlier that day, 53 members (46 regular and 7 associate members) attended the SAGA&E held at Family Country Hotel and Convention Center located in Lagao, General Santos City. Voting officially opened at 0706H and officially closed at 1000H wherein the total registered voters were 46. Alongside the election was the conduct of the General Assembly (GA) headed by Chairman of the Board of Directors, BGen Juanito J Malto (Ret) that started at 0936H and was moved to recess at 1122H.
Later in the afternoon of the same day, another SAGA&E was conducted in the General Marquez Hall in ABAB, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. Registered voters were officially authorized to vote at 1300H and were given until 0442H before the voting booths were officially closed. There were a total of 82 attendees wherein 67 were registered Regular Voting members and 15 were Associate members. The General Assembly which started at 0300H and ended at 0450H was led by Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, BGen Alfredo G. Ramirez (Ret).
The rest of the ACDI MPC Board of Directors, ACDI President, Management Team and support committees were all present to provide necessary assistance for the said event.
