Regal King Aces Sea Transport Corporation (ReKAST) was formed in May 2018 to serve as the sea-travel provider in ACDI's growing interest in the tourism transport sector. ReKAST's services are targeting tourists' sea transport needs in off the beaten track island destinations in the Philippines. At the end of 2018, the company owns a fleet of two 30-foot seacraft serving the Apo Reef, and Coron routes from its homeport in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro..

ACES Philproducer Corporation

Following a successful entry into the dairy and poultry production, ACDI's forward integration strategy led to the conception of Aces Philproducers Corporation (APC) in September 2017 as the Cooperative's agri-food processing arm. APC was primarily established in order to contribute in increasing domestic milk production to narrow the local supply gap. Its dairy facilities are located at Barangay Calamias, Ibaan, Batangas.

Contrails International Aviation Academy Incorporated (CIAAI) is a flying school based in Mactan, Cebu that offers pilot training to both local and foreign students. The school operates a training fleet of three (3) wholly owned C-172 aircraft and one (1) PFC flight simulator. CIAAI is envisioned to become ACDI’s future Aeronautical University.
