ACDI MPC SAGA & E 2012 at GAMU-Ilagan, Isabela and Cagayan de Oro
ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative simultaneously continued its Sequential Annual General Assembly and Elections (SAGA&E) for the year 2012 at Gamu, Isabela and Cagayan De Oro City on March 03, 2012.
On that day, 37 members (30 regular and 7 associate members) attended the SAGA&E held at Piazza Zicarelli Hotel & Restaurant, Upi, Gamu, Isabela. Voting officially opened at 0712 AM and officially closed at 1004H wherein the total registered voters were 30. Alongside the election was the conduct of the General Assembly (GA) headed by Chairman of the Board of Directors, BGen Juanito J Malto (Ret) that started at 0930 AM and was moved to recess at 1129 AM.
On the other hand, another SAGA&E was conducted in the Central Mindanao part of the country, at Corpus Cristi Covered Court, Lumbia, Pubelo, Cagayan De Oro City. There were a total of 38 attendees wherein 26 were registered Regular Voting members and 12 were Associate members. Registered voters were officially authorized to vote at 0635 AM and were given until 1000 AM before the voting booths were officially closed. The General Assembly which started at 0930 AM and ended at 1130 AM was led by Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, BGen Alfredo G. Ramirez (Ret).
The rest of the ACDI MPC Board of Directors, ACDI President, Management Team and support committees were all present to provide necessary assistance for the said event.
